Cataracts are an age-related change to the eye. The cause blurry, cloudy vision and eventually need surgical removal. We provide annual monitoring to determine when you need surgery. We work very closely with local cataract surgeons.

Once a month, a cataract surgeon comes to our office to do pre-op appointments. You'll go to Longmont for surgery, and then all your post-op appointment will be with us! We are here to answer any questions you may have!

After cataract surgery, some patients experience a secondary clouding of their implanted lens. This is a common post-operative condition.

Luckily, the removal is a quick, in-office laser procedure that we are able to do here at Carbon Valley Eye Care.
